Dealin:
By using payment, you agree to:
Bypassing Stripe is not permitted.
The total amount payable by a buyer may include the product price, purchased quantity, shipping charges and any applicable buyer Platform Service Fee. All applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
Seller earnings are generally calculated as the product subtotal plus applicable shipping charges, less any applicable seller commission, refund, reversal or approved financial adjustment. A buyer Platform Service Fee is not included in the amount payable to the seller.
Marketplace seller revenue generally moves through the following stages:
Paid Order → Delivered and Received → 15-Day Hold → Available Revenue → Processing → Paid to Seller
The 15-day hold begins when an eligible paid and shipped order is marked Received. The Received date must not be earlier than the shipped date.
A buyer may mark an order Received. Where appropriate, Dealin may also mark an order Received after reviewing available delivery information or other relevant evidence.
An order will not become available for seller settlement while it is refunded, disputed, cancelled, placed on hold or otherwise under administrative review.
Dealin processes eligible seller settlements manually on the 1st of each month. This is the settlement processing date and does not guarantee that funds will appear in the seller's account on the same day, as banking and payment-provider processing times may apply.
If an order completes its 15-day hold after the current month's settlement cutoff, the eligible amount will be included in the following month's settlement.
For example, if an order is marked Received on 31 August, it becomes eligible after the 15-day hold on 15 September. Because the 1 September cutoff has already passed, the order would ordinarily be considered for the 1 October settlement.
Seller settlements are not transferred automatically. Dealin reviews eligible orders, creates a settlement, approves the settlement and completes the seller payment manually using an available payment method.
After completing a payment, Dealin may record the payment method, transaction reference, payment date and relevant administrative notes. These details may be made available to the seller for settlement tracking.
A settlement shown as Available or In Processing is not confirmation that the seller has been paid. Payment is considered recorded only when the settlement is shown as Paid and the relevant transaction information has been entered by Dealin.
Dealin may delay, withhold, cancel or adjust a seller settlement where an order is refunded, disputed, cancelled, placed on hold, suspected of fraud, affected by a payment reversal, or otherwise requires investigation.
If a refund, dispute, chargeback, payment reversal or calculation error occurs after a seller has been paid, Dealin may record an adjustment and, where permitted by law, apply it to a future settlement or seek repayment from the seller.
Settlement timing may also be affected by weekends, public holidays, banking delays, payment-provider delays, incomplete seller payment information, compliance reviews or circumstances outside Dealin's reasonable control.
Feedback must be honest, relevant and respectful. We may remove misleading or abusive feedback.
Community spaces are for discussion, not advertising. You’re responsible for your posts.
Members should try to resolve disputes directly. We may assist but are not a party to transactions.
These Terms are governed by Australian law, and disputes are handled in Australian courts or tribunals.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
Dealin is provided “as is”.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
