This is a very cute floral dress made from cotton with cotton lining.
Wilson Trollope designed (Wellington designer) I purchased on Trademe but it's too big now. 

I have since found out it is the London Dress in wildflower pattern. I've added an old stock photo. It also may be that the previous owner hemmed it slightly but this wasn't mentioned when I purchased it a couple of years ago.
